Fluorescent whitening agents are used to enhance the brightness and whiteness of the paper. They work by absorbing ultraviolet light and re-emitting it as visible blue light, making the paper appear brighter and more appealing to consumers.
We can supply optical brighteners for in-slurry/surface sizing or coating, both in liquid and powder form.

Provides the paper with strong water resistance by penetrating the fibers and forming a protective barrier against moisture. This enhances the paper’s durability and makes it suitable for various packaging applications where water resistance is essential.

Many corrugated paper and boxboard paper are easy to fold and break. These problems can be solved by adding dry strength agent. Dry strength agent can improve the ring crush strength of paper. The dosage is 4-15KG/ton. Dilute before use. The addition location is generally selected from the batching tank and high box import pump.

In corrugated board production, stickies control agents are used to manage sticky contaminants (e.g., adhesives, coatings from recycled pulp). They prevent these stickies from adhering to machinery (dryers, calenders) and forming defects on the board, ensuring smooth production, reducing equipment downtime, and maintaining the board’s surface quality and strength.

Based on styrene acrylic acid, it can improve the water resistance of paper while making the paper surface smoother and flatter. Compared with internal sizing, surface sizing paper still has a certain water absorption, and can improve the printing properties of paper, making it easier to absorb ink. The surface sizing dosage of corrugated paper is 1.5-3KG, and the cost is 15%-30% lower than that of internal sizing. (The dosage of kraft paper and boxboard is 0.5-2kg/ton)

Kraft paper

In kraft paper production, starch acts as a critical additive, and we offer tailored options: native, cationic, and anionic starches, available in corn or tapioca bases. Native starch enhances fiber bonding to boost strength. Cationic starch improves fines/filler retention, elevating dry strength and surface smoothness. Anionic starch stabilizes the wet end, optimizing pulp formation. Our corn and tapioca variants suit varied cost and performance needs for efficient kraft paper manufacturing.

Solid surface sizing agents play a key role in kraft paper production: they are applied to the paper surface to enhance water resistance, improve surface strength and smoothness, and reduce porosity. This boosts the paper’s resistance to liquids and abrasion, making it more durable for packaging and industrial uses. Our solid surface sizing agents ensure consistent performance, supporting efficient production of high-quality kraft paper.

Dry strength agents are essential in kraft paper production, enhancing the paper’s dry tensile, burst, and tear strength by strengthening fiber-to-fiber bonds. They improve the paper’s structural integrity, allowing it to withstand handling, folding, and stress during packaging and industrial applications. Pulp Molding

AKD emulsion are critical additives in paper meal mold production, primarily used to impart water resistance to the moldable pulp (often sugarcane bagasse, bamboo, or wood pulp). They integrate with pulp fibers during the molding process, forming a hydrophobic film that prevents liquids (like soup, or water) from penetrating the final product—ensuring food safety and usability. Additionally, AKD emulsions maintain the pulp’s moldability and mechanical strength, avoiding brittleness while meeting food-contact compliance standards. Some anti-oil agents may cause foaming when applied to the pulp. We have a defoamer specifically designed for paper mold production.
