AKD high polymer emulsifier is a kind of polymer emulsifier, mainly used for emulsifying AKD wax to produce AKD emulsion,
ensure AKD granularity is controlled below 1μm, protecting sizing retention and increase efficiency.
This copolymer is a new strong cationic emulsifier, used to replace traditional AKD emulsifier(Starch-based), with the same condition, then cost of sizing agent can be decreased by about $25/MT without adding curing promoter and can
inhibit hydrolysis of AKD emulsion and prolong function life of AKD during the curing process.
